Once you’ve filled in the details on the refer a friend form, you can let your friend know by:
- Sending them the link provided
- Letting them know you’ve registered to refer a friend and directing them to this page
If your friend sent you a link, click on it and select one of our eligible products from the page. Once at checkout, click the ‘Been referred by a friend?’ link and add your friend’s details.
Once you complete your purchase, you and your friend will be sent the voucher after you have had the policy for 90 days.
Vouchers are sent by email after you’ve had your HomeServe policy for 90 days. If you haven’t received the voucher after 90 days, call us on 0330 0247 237*
Your £25 Amazon gift card will be sent to you 90 days after your friend buys their first policy with us (just as long as they don’t cancel it).
This could be due to various reasons:
- It hasn’t been 90 days since the friend you referred bought a policy.
- The friend that you referred didn't buy a qualifying product.
- We were unable to find the friend who referred you, because they didn't register for the scheme before you bought your policy.
If you are a referrer, you can manage your referrals with your Mention Me dashboard. This can be accessed via a link sent to your email when first registering for the scheme. If you’ve met the requirements and still haven’t received the gift card, call us at 0330 0247 237*.
The link to claim your reward will be valid for 90 days.
Once claimed, your Amazon.co.uk gift card must be used within 12 months.
You can refer as many friends as you want, but successful referrals will be capped at:
- No more than 5 successful referrals in any 24-hour period
- No more than 10 successful referrals in any 12-month period
- A maximum reward value of £1500 in any 12-month period

- HomeServe reserves the right to substitute the Reward with a reward of equal or greater value in the event that the Reward cannot be provided. No cash alternative will be given.
