Win the Cost of a New Boiler and Installation (“the Promotion”) Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion is open to any holder of an active insurance policy through HomeServe who purchases a boiler and installation from www.boxt.co.uk. Eligible customers will be automatically entered into the Promotion once they have purchased their boiler. To ensure automatic entry into the Promotion, eligible customers must visit https://www.homeserve.co.uk/heating/ and follow the prompts to purchase the boiler from www.boxt.co.uk.These steps must be followed for the relevant promotional codes to be automatically applied to the boiler purchase. If this process is not followed, entry into the Promotion will not take place.
2. By entering into this Promotion, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. The Promotion will start on 23 September 2025 [FO5] [SP6] (“the Opening Date”) and will close on 30 November 2025 (“the Closing Date”). Purchases made before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Promotion.
3. One winner will be chosen at random by BOXT after the Closing Date and will be notified by email within 14 working days. The winner will receive the cost of the purchase and installation of their boiler (not any installation of radiator) up to a maximum value of £5,000 (“the Prize”).
4. The Promotion is not available to any employees (or their families) of HomeServe, BOXT and/or any of their associated companies.
5. The Promotion is not available to HomeServe insurance customers who have submitted a claim to repair their boiler and the boiler has been deemed as ‘Beyond Economical Repair’ (BER). In this instance, standard policy terms will apply.
6. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable.
7. The Promoters will use any information which you provide or which they obtain from their dealings with you in accordance with its Privacy Policy and to administer the Promotion. HomeServe’s Privacy Policy is available at http://www.homeserve.co.uk/about/privacy-policy. BOXT’s Privacy Policy is available at https://www.boxt.co.uk/privacy-policy.
8. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize. HomeServe further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other persons relating to or resulting from participation in the Promotion. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoters for the death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
9. The Promoters reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
10. The Promoters shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
11. If any of these terms and conditions are found to be void or unenforceable, that term shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
