Boiler Health Check
Why do I need a Boiler Health Check?
All gas products include a Boiler Health Check as an initial inspection to check things over and make sure your boiler is safe and can be covered. Your boiler must pass before any boiler claims can be progressed. It's quick and easy to book online and must be booked or completed within the first 90 days; otherwise your level of cover will be amended to remove the boiler product.
Arranging your Boiler Health Check
What if an existing problem is identified prior to or during my Boiler Health Check (BHC)?
Contact us to tell us and we'll arrange for one of our engineers to attend to complete the Boiler Health Check and assess if your boiler can be covered. If your boiler doesn't pass the Boiler Health Check, we won't be able to progress your boiler claim and you will need to pay for any repairs. If this work is not completed, we will amend the level of cover to remove the boiler product.

Boiler Service
Benefits of having a service
Regular servicing reduces the risk of a breakdown and keeps it running smoothly. Your Boiler Service will be completed at the same time as your Boiler Health Check in the first year. Thereafter, it will usually be completed between April and September.
