What are your telephone opening hours?
The Warranty Call Centre is open 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Can I make contact by email?
Once you've registered your problem with us, you can communicate with our team to sort out your claim via email. We will give you the contact details for this in the Welcome Letter that will be sent to you.
Can I arrange a repair to my furniture if I've not purchased a Warranty?
No problem - call our team or see Furniture Repairmen to book a job online.
How can I get a copy of my Certificate of Insurance if I've lost it?
Simply call us so we can have a new one sent out to you.
